AUTUMN CREEK SERVICES
The Autumn Creek Services program is began in 2015! This is designed as a complete care plan (not a cafeteria plan).  The goal is to hire and train a  part-time employee who spends 8 hours caring for two homes (for four hours each) every week.  During the first three weeks of each month the same task will be completed at each home.  During the fourth week of each month, the employee will be available to perform tasks from the optional list shown on page 3 upon the request of an owner.  This means that unless an owner asks for additional work to be performed, each of the eight tasks will be done on a rotating basis.  This will result in each task being performed on a frequency of about twice each year.  To put that in plain terms, twice each year our employee will replace your mulch, pressure wash your pool deck, pressure wash the front of your home, clean your windows and screens, apply herbicide to your lawn, fertilize your lawn, and treat for insects!  For details on the cost of this program, please go to page 2.  For details on the other services owners may schedule, please go to page 3.

What tasks are included?
Service #4 - REPLACE MULCH

Our employee will purchase and transport a specified quantity of bags of mulch (usually about 10 bags) to replace that which has weathered away or been washed away for the entire yard.  He will then apply the new mulch to each area.
Service #1 - PRESSURE  WASH THE POOL DECK, SCREEN ENCLOSURE, ADJOINING WALLS, and POOL FURNITURE

Our employee will tranport a pressure washer, hose, ladder, and extention wands to the property.  He will pressure wash the entire pool area (including covered lanai).  He will pressure wash the screen enclosure (inside) and adjoining walls in the pool area.  Finally he will pressure wash the pool furniture with particular emphasis on the underside of the seats and furniture.
Service #6 - PRESSURE  WASH THE DRIVEWAY, FRONT WALKWAY, FRONT WALLS and PADS for pool equipment and AC unit

Our employee will tranport a pressure washer, hose, ladder, and extention wands to the property.  He will pressure wash the entire driveway area .  He will pressure wash the front walls and decorative brick of the home, the front sidewalk, and the concrete pads for the pool equipment, the AC unit, and the trash/recycling bins. He will pressure wash the exterior of the recycling and trash bins (and the interior if empty at the time).
Service #2 - PURCHASE AND APPLY HERBICIDE TO THE ENTIRE YARD TO ELIMINATE BROADLEAF WEEDS IN THE LAWN

Our employee will purchase herbicide at the appropriate store and using a pump-up sprayer will walk the entire yard applying the appropriate dosage for weed elimination.
Service #7 - WINDOW AND SCREEN CARE

Our employee will remove and clean all windw screens from all windows in the home.  while screens are removed, he will clean the screen tracks and then clean the exterior of the glass.  All screens will be reinstalled.
Service #5 - Irrigation Check-up and Repair

Our employee will map the location of sprinklers of each property and check each head for proper operation.  He will remove and replace defective or worn sprinkler heads and install shields to prevent spray on outside equipment.
Service #8 - Lawn Care and Fertilization

Our employee will purchase and transport and apply lawn fertilizer and weed control to the entire lawn using a broadcast spreader to insure full application.

Note: This is a separate procedure from the broadleaf control process and is done on a cycle opposite that process to maximize control and provide greenest effect.
Service #3 - Insect Treatment

Our employee will purchase and apply interior insect spray during a time which the home is unoccupied.  the spray will be applied along baseboards throughout the home.  An exterior insecticide barrier will be applied around the perimeter (12 to 18 inch).  Any visible ant mounds will be treated.
